Qualifications

• 4–7 years welding experience preferred.
• MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld to print.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on sub-assemblies and finished products
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld prints, and production instructions
• Weld components in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
• Assist with fitting, assembly, and fabrication of production parts
• Perform quality inspections and verify weld accuracy
• Clean and prepare units for next production operation
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and all company quality standards
• Utilize forklifts, cranes, lifts, and metalworking equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation
