Pro Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator in Auburn, Indiana, for a first-shift role (6 am–4 pm, Monday–Thursday; overtime on Fridays). Pay is $23.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• MIG/TIG welding experience strongly preferred.
• Read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience using calipers, rulers, straightedges, and other measuring tools.
• Knowledge of welding equipment, fabrication techniques, and metal alloys.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal alloys.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions.
• Layout, fit, and weld parts into completed assemblies.
• Use calipers, rulers, straightedges, and measuring tools.
• Inspect finished products to meet customer specifications.
• Monitor welding processes to prevent overheating, distortion, or warping.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and company procedures.
• Report quality issues and nonconforming materials to supervisors.
• Troubleshoot basic welding and fabrication issues.
• Complete production goals while maintaining high quality.

MIG Welder Fabricator

Location: Auburn, Indiana

First Shift: Monday through Thursday 6 am to 4 pm. Overtime available on Fridays.
