Surge in Toledo is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on welding production parts to meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

• MIG welding experience or welding certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools.
• Experience using gauges, calipers, and inspection equipment.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Dependable attendance and reliable work history.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform MIG welding on production parts using fixtures and work instructions.
• Load and position components into weld fixtures.
• Inspect finished welds using gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections and identify weld defects.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow Kanban and material flow procedures.
• Package and label finished products.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Report equipment or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
