Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience or welding certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools.
• Experience using gauges, calipers, and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on production parts using fixtures and work instructions.
• Load and position components into weld fixtures.
• Inspect finished welds using gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections and identify weld defects.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow Kanban and material flow procedures.
• Package and label finished products.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Report equipment or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
