Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will produce high quality welds, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications with efficient, precise welding.

We offer an air-conditioned shop, ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and strong growth paths. This full-time role requires relocation to the Olathe, KS area and provides a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience required (at least 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method if not stated on blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection before completing the entire job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct number of parts are produced.
• Organize work to optimize complexity, method, and completion time, enabling timely processing of orders.
• Other duties as required.
