Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking skilled Fabrication Welders to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX. You will fabricate and weld sheet metal components used in electrical enclosures and metal structures, requiring precision and strong blueprint-reading skills.

You will work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have MIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Formación

• 2+ years welding experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in MIG welding (mild and stainless steel).
• Welding test required and capability to pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret shop drawings and welding symbols to perform accurate welds.
• Perform MIG welding (mild and stainless steel).
• Set up, align, tack, and weld components to meet specifications.
• Conduct fit-up, cope, and layout work for assemblies.
• Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other tools.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specs.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy throughout fabrication.
• Collaborate with team and notify inspectors when work is ready.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
