Job summary

Southwest Mobile Storage Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Welder to join our shop and field teams. You will perform MIG welding to fabricate and repair storage containers and related structures, read blueprints, and ensure quality and safety on job sites.

You will operate welding and fabrication tools, maintain orderly work areas, and coordinate with service technicians and management to meet project priorities. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–5 years welding/fabrication/construction/repair experience preferred.
• Experience with MIG welding and reading blueprints/fabrication drawings required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and repair storage containers and related structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, work orders, and fabrication instructions.
• Operate welding equipment, fabrication tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and structural integrity.
• Coordinate with shop personnel and management to prioritize fabrication work.
