Aerotek is seeking MIG welders for a full-time, long-term role in Litchfield, MN. The position is on first shift with overtime availability and a probationary period after which full benefits are provided. You will weld mild steel components and read blueprints, with additional duties as necessary.

Pay ranges from $24.00 to $31.00 per hour, based on experience and weld tests. This contract-to-hire role offers stability and ongoing opportunities with a well-established manufacturer.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year MIG welding experience or related education.
• Comfort reading blueprints; training provided if needed.

Responsabilités

• MIG weld on mostly mild steel to manufacture large industrial products.
• Read and follow blueprints throughout the day.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
