Qualifications

• Experience MIG welding in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Able to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld components from steel, stainless, and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and specifications.
• Follow welding procedures and adjust equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.
• Communicate production and quality status with team.
