Colonial Group is seeking a Class B MIG Welder for the 2nd shift in Strafford, MO. This role focuses on MIG welding of doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components, with tack welding, grinding, and finishing work. You will read blueprints and part lists, measure precisely with a tape, and rotate through Cell 5 welding positions.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $20–$22/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding on doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components
• Complete tack welding, grinding, and finishing work
• Rotate across Cell 5 welding positions (welding, tacking, stud, and bung welding)
• Read and interpret blueprints and part lists for accurate fabrication
• Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements
• Operate shop tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements
• Meet production goals and attendance expectations

What You Bring
