Qualifications

• 6 months of MIG welding experience with read/interpret blueprints.
• Ability to read work orders and blueprints accurately.
• Proficient with tape measures and basic measuring tools.
• Hands-on MIG welding techniques experience.
• Capable of basic weld grinding and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine welding requirements.
• Set up welding stations with MIG equipment in a production environment.
• Perform MIG welding to assemble metal pieces per drawings.
• Use measuring tools to verify weld placement and alignment.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the welding process.
• Grind and finish welds to produce a clean final product.
• Follow established fabrication processes and maintain a safe workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.
