Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting finished work, maintaining a clean work area, recording materials used, and assisting in training new team members as needed. Wages are $18–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Familiarity with MIG, TIG, Stick welding techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and equipment.
• Inspect and assess completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
