Job summary

GO1 LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a skilled production welder to join our fab shop. You will perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components, read blueprints and weld symbols, and set up equipment and fixtures to support daily production.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a physically demanding shop environment, and a collaborative mindset to meet output goals. Typical hours are 50–55+ per week, paid at $18 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a production welder in fabrication or manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, or welding on metal components in a production fab shop environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and related fab shop machinery.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Grind, clean, and finish welded assemblies as required for production standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and delivery goals.
