Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Monroe, NC is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a long-term opportunity. You will read blueprints, fit material, and produce high-quality welds on structural steel.

Welders will perform MIG welds on I-beams, columns, and plates, follow safety procedures, and may cross-train in other production areas. Overtime and some weekends are required; AWS certification opportunities and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG welding experience.
• Structural steel welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints.
• Must be able to pass a hands-on weld test (flat, overhead, downhill).
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Location: Monroe, NC
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Overtime: Required, including some weekends

We are hiring experienced MIG Welders for a long-term opportunity in Monroe, NC. This position is ideal for welders with structural steel experience who are comfortable reading blueprints, fitting material, and producing quality welds.

What We're Looking For
