Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA is looking for a Welder to join our shop team. You will weld truck-mounted equipment using GMAW MIG, interpret blueprints, and follow work instructions to ensure quality parts for production.

You will operate welding equipment, maintain safety practices, and work with teammates to meet daily production goals while observing 5S standards and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Weld parts using the GMAW MIG process.
• Read and interpret blueprints, perform basic shop math, and measure parts with a tape measure.
• Operate overhead hoists and hand/tools as needed.
• Minimum of 6 months welding experience or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and regulate welding machines.
• Weld parts to meet production standards.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to complete jobs.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
