Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA seeks a Welder to join our night shift crew, welding truck-mounted equipment using MIG and reading blueprints to meet daily production demands.

You will set up and operate welding machines, monitor weld quality, and ensure workmanship aligns with customer specs while maintaining 5S and safety standards. Minimum 6 months experience or related certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Weld using GMAW MIG and read blueprints.
• Read tape measure; basic shop math.
• Operate overhead hoist.
• Minimum 6 months experience or an associated degree/certification.
• Adhere to health and safety and 5S housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust welding machines to production schedule.
• Weld parts using GMAW MIG per blueprints and specs.
• Monitor weld quality and dimensions and adjust as needed.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to complete tasks.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
