You will set up and operate welding machines, cut and fit metals, and maintain a clean, safe workspace through 5S practices. Minimum 6 months experience or an associate degree/certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience welding with GMAW MIG.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic shop math and tape measure reading.
• 6 months experience or associate degree/certification.
• Adheres to health and safety rules and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Weld high quality weldments from blueprints to meet daily schedule.
• Set up, operate, adjust and regulate welding machines.
• Use tools to cut, grind, bevel, fit metals and remove slag.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in daily 5S activities.
