Qualifications

• MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling.
• Flux core welding experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with grinding tools, drill presses, and ironwork is advantageous.
• Basic English reading/writing for logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• MIG Welding: Perform MIG welding to join metal parts, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Production Task Execution: Follow process sheets, blueprints, or verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Material Handling: Maneuver large or heavy parts manually or with a crane as required.
• Weld Inspection & Finishing: Inspect welds and finish as needed.
• Machine & Workspace Maintenance: Keep machines and work areas clean and safe.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished work for tolerances and standards.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist in other areas as needed to meet production goals.
