Job summary

Bradley Personnel, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in the United States. The role involves welding, fabricating, assembling and repairing metal components according to drawings, specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good mechanical skills and the ability to produce high-quality welds in a timely manner. You will read blueprints and welding symbols, and perform MIG, TIG, Stick or other welding processes as required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and welding symbols.
• MUST have own welding gear and be able to pass a weld test.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate metal parts, structures and assemblies according to drawings and specs.
• Set up and operate welding machines, torches, grinders and related equipment.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Measure, cut, fit and position metal components before welding.
• Perform grinding, cutting, drilling and other fabrication tasks as needed.
