Labor Finders is seeking skilled Welders to join our team. The role involves welding using MIG, TIG, and arc methods, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety protocols on the shop floor.

You will set up and operate multiple welding processes, select appropriate consumables, and inspect finished work for quality and compliance. Overtime and full-time hours are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG, TIG and SMAW welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Weld components in flat, vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions.
• Set up and operate MIG, TIG, stick (SMAW), and flux-core welding equipment.
• Select torches, tips, filler metals, shielding gases, and parameters based on WPS and material type.
• Cut, braze, or solder metal parts when required.
• Inspect finished products for structural integrity and conformance.

We are looking to fill positions for Welders. Someone who is skilled in joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure precise measurements and high-quality welds. Experienced in operating welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools while adhering to strict safety protocols. Adept at inspecting finished products for structural integrity and compliance with specifications.

• Weld components in flat, vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions.
• Set up and operate MIG, TIG, stick (SMAW), and flux‑core welding equipment.
• Select torches, tips, filler metals, shielding gases, and parameters based on WPS and material type.
• Cut, braze, or solder metal parts when required.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Detect faulty equipment operation and notify supervisors.
• Record production or operational data when required.
• Inspect and maintain welding machines, torches, consumables, and gas systems.

Work Environment

Welders may work:

• Indoors or outdoors, sometimes in confined spaces.
• In noisy, hot, or hazardous environments requiring daily PPE.
• Full‑time, often with overtime or multiple shifts.
