Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced MIG TIG welders for manufacturing facilities in Holly, Flint, and Livonia, MI. The role requires MIG and TIG welding experience, passing a weld test, and the ability to lift 40 lbs while standing 8–10 hours per shift.

Pay is $20.45–$23.10 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, plus a second-shift premium and an attendance bonus of $1.40 per hour for perfect attendance. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must pass weld test.
• MIG & TIG welding experience.
• Mechanical/fabrication knowledge.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for entirety of shift (8-10 hours).
• Steel-toed boots and jeans for all positions.
• Candidates must pass drug test (THC is not included).

Responsabilités

• Receive and perform all work that is assigned.
• Inspect weld equipment for operation.
• Place and weld parts as per instructions and/or white sample.
• Scan over finished products and correct any deficiencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as listed in procedures or assigned by managers.
