Staffmark Group is seeking Production Welders in York, PA. This position offers a pay rate of $22.00 - $33.00 per hour, dependent on experience, along with benefits that include medical, dental, and vision plans.

As a Production Welder, you will perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel components. Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, inspecting finished welds, and following safety protocols while collaborating with production teams to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG/TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Must be able to operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Experience in inspecting finished welds for quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding according to engineering specifications.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy.

Skills

Proficient with stainless steel TIG & MIG welding

Ability to read blueprints

Experience performing own set-ups

Ability to weld materials ranging from 20 ga. sheet to thick‑walled tube

Possess personal small hand tools and a welding helmet

Must be able to stand and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
