Job summary

Regal Staffing Services in the South Fort Worth area is seeking a Welder to fabricate, repair, and reinforce steel components. You will read basic blueprints, measure, cut and fit metal, and operate welding equipment to produce quality welds.

This role requires at least 3 years of Mig or Tig welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and clean, organized work practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Mig or Tig welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, cut, fit, and assemble steel components.
• Ability to lift up 50lbs. while using welding equipment and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate metal components to repair and reinforce steel structures and equipment.
• Read basic blueprints or work instructions and inspect weld quality to meet safety standards.
• Operate welding and fabrication tools, assist with grinding, measuring, and general fabrication while keeping area clean and organized.
