Job summary

Midland Manufacturing Company, a Dover Company, seeks a Welder to operate TIG and MIG welding machines on varied parts, ensuring quality and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and AAR M-1003. You will read blueprints, set up welds, and complete required paperwork while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This is 1st shift, Mon-Fri, with pay range $20-38.35 per hour depending on skill. Experience welding for pressure devices such as tanks and valves is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2-3 years MIG/TIG welding experience preferred.
• Experience welding for pressurized devices (tanks, valves).

Responsibilities

• Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions.
• Read blueprints, process specs and welding symbols before work.
• Ensure conformance with specifications and quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, AAR M-1003).
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow all policies.
