Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking two reliable Welders to join our team. The roles require solid MIG welding experience with a preference for TIG skills, especially TIG on aluminum.

We seek dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Qualified candidates typically have 4–7 years of welding experience, no degree required, and the ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience required or preferred.
• TIG on aluminum is highly preferred.
• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or metalworking environments.
• Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical).

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metals according to specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
• Assist with metal preparation, cutting, grinding, and finishing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

These positions require solid MIG welding experience, with preference for candidates who also have TIG welding skills, especially TIG on aluminum.
