Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder with TiG welding techniques.
• Certification in welding (AWS, ASME) preferred.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of drawings and symbols.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform TiG welding on metal components per drawings and specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding parameters.
• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine requirements.
• Inspect welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Operate welding machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper material storage.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with professionalism.
