Job summary

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Peabody, MA to hire experienced MIG and TIG Welders for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. These are direct-hire positions offering steady work, hands-on fabrication, and long-term growth within a skilled shop.

Pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour DOE; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid leave. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up equipment, inspecting welds, and maintaining a safe, clean work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with fabrication tools and welding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and techniques.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and light fabrication as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.
