Job summary

New England Wire Products, Inc. in Leominster, MA is seeking Production MIG Welders to join our 1st shift team on-site. You will MIG weld components, read blueprints, and work closely with teammates to meet quality standards and production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for different materials and thicknesses.
• Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and other equipment to prepare and finish welds.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
