Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding training or certification preferred.
• 5+ years as TIG/MIG welder with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specs.
• Familiar with welding safety standards and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for welding tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors and in confined spaces.
