Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Dayton, MN is seeking a Structural Welder (MIG) to set up and operate MIG standard and pulse welders to join carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Qualifications

• 0–3 years MIG welding experience
• Welding certification OR relevant training
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Lift/carry up to 40 lbs regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up MIG standard and pulse welders, selecting gas ratios
• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Work with sheet metal, tube steel, channel, I-beam, and plate steel
• Position, align, and fit components using fixturing
• Bolt, clamp, and tack weld parts per drawings and specifications
• Use BOMs, assembly drawings, and solid models in work
• Operate hoists, cranes, riggings, and forklifts to move equipment
• Maintain shop inventory and cleanliness
