Job summary

The role covers TIG, MIG, Flux Core, or Stick welding, along with reading blueprints, fabricating to spec, inspecting welds, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous welding or fabrication experience required.
• Ability to pass a welding test may be required.
• Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols preferred.
• Knowledge of weld quality standards and inspection practices.
• Ability to lift materials and work in an industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble components to specification
• Repair, modify, and rework welded products as needed
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Use grinders, torches, saws, hand tools, and measuring equipment
• Work with carbon steel, structural steel, aluminum, and other metals
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements
