Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our production team in Ocala, FL. The role focuses on assembling steel parts through welding and processing materials with hand tools and shop machinery, both inside the fabrication facility and around the plant site.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in welding and fabrication, with proficiency in MIG and stick welding, and experience with plasma cutting tools and oxy/acetylene torches.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in setting up and performing MIG and stick welding.
• Adept at handling various hand tools and common fabrication shop equipment.
• Competent in plasma cutting tools and oxy/acetylene torches.
• High level of precision and ability to contribute independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIG and stick welding tasks, configuring welding equipment properly.
• Use standard shop tools to complete fabrication projects.
• Employ plasma cutters and oxy/acetylene torches for cutting materials.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure machinery/tools are well-maintained.
• Support a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
