AtWork Group is seeking experienced Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Conroe, TX. This full-time role focuses on quality workmanship, safety, and reliable production support.

You will perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural, combo, and pipe projects, read blueprints and WPS, and ensure welds meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized shop. The position requires at least 2 years of experience and a pre-employment weld test.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience with MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld procedures.
• Experience with welding equipment setup and maintenance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.

Aufgaben

• Perform MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding on structural, combo, and pipe projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Identify materials and ensure welds meet quality standards.
• Assist with shop cleanup, organization, and general maintenance.
• Support production and shipping needs, including non-welding tasks when required.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
