Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a MIG Aluminum Welder to fabricate, fit, and weld aluminum components using MIG processes in a production setting. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities include reading work orders and drawings, assembling parts, inspecting welds, and supporting production goals while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Candidates should have at least 1 year of aluminum MIG welding experience and a high school

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Technical training, trade school coursework, or welding certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing MIG welding on aluminum materials.

Responsibilities

• Measure, align, fit, and weld aluminum components using MIG welding processes.
• Assemble fabricated parts and components through welding, bolting, fastening, or other approved methods.
• Inspect completed welds and perform repairs or rework as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all applicable quality, production, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and fabrication drawings as required.
• Support production goals by completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
