Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience Aluminum MIG/TIG welding.
• Able to read, understand and follow work instructions.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Able to read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts to print, ensuring clean equipment and timely completion.
• Perform MIG/TIG welds spatter-free per quality specs.
• Maintain high quality and efficiency (90% focus).
• Use Shop Floor Mobile to track progress and move items as scheduled.
• Conduct in-process checks and report defects to Front-Line Leader.
• Complete 5S assignments and adhere to safety rules.
