Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a PMI Sales Division Manager to lead a team of sales professionals across Minnesota, Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Kansas City.

You'll drive new client acquisition and deepen wallet share while delivering end-to-end Treasury Management and Payments solutions. The role requires hiring, developing and holding accountable a high performing sales team, shaping sales strategy, and ensuring compliant, ethical operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading large commercial sales teams across multiple geographies.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of treasury management and payments solutions.
