Knobelsdorff Enterprises is seeking an experienced Solar/Electrical Installer to support our Energy division. You will execute and oversee photovoltaic electrical construction across projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring apprentices.

Candidates should have a Journeyman Electrician license or 8,000 hours, 5+ years in solar, DC/AC knowledge, and strong schematic skills. Travel is required; benefits include competitive pay and a robust total rewards package.

Competenze

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License or verifiable 8,000 electrical working hours.
• 5+ years of experience in solar or electrical construction.
• Familiarity with photovoltaic (solar) systems and DC/AC configurations.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and specifications.

Mansioni

• Install photovoltaic (solar) electrical systems according to drawings and specifications.
• Apply knowledge of current electrical codes and best practices on the job.
• Complete material takeoffs and support tool/equipment procurement.
• Mentor and support apprentices and crew members in the field.
• Conduct or assist in AC and DC terminations and wire management.
• Interpret construction documents, wire schedules, and BOMs.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and field records.
• Collaborate with foremen and PMs to meet safety and production goals.
• Communicate effectively with crew, customers, and leadership.
• Contribute to a productive, respectful job site culture.
