Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of strategic recruitment experience focusing on senior-level or critical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• If driving for ECS, a valid driver's license is required.
• Strategic mindset with strong interpersonal skills and credibility with stakeholders.
• Proven success in executive-level recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead full-cycle senior searches and collaborate with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Midwest recruitment for senior-level and critical positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs in the Midwest region.
• Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Provide market trend insights and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Promote ECS culture and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Lead offer negotiations and finalize employment terms with internal teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a rigorous and inclusive selection process.
