Job summary

ECS Midwest, LLC is seeking a Senior Midwest Strategic Recruiter to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies. You will attract top talent, build strong pipelines, and lead senior searches across the Midwest region.

The role requires extensive senior-level experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage stakeholders and hiring managers. You will promote the ECS culture and drive offers to successful conclusions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of strategic recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• If driving for ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
• Strategic mindset with credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record in senior-level executive recruitment.
• Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies at a high level.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent.
• Exceptional communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to run full-cycle executive/strategic level searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead Midwest recruitment for senior-level and critical positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for our Midwest region.
• Establish and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor with insights into market trends and TA best practices.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting ECS culture, values and career opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a rigorous, inclusive selection process.
• Lead offer negotiations and finalize employment terms.

The Midwest Strategic Recruiter is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the organization's growth objectives. This role will support our Midwest strategic recruitment initiatives by identifying, attracting, and securing critical senior-level talent.

• Lead Midwest recruitment efforts for senior-level and critical positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for our Midwest region.
• Establish and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights into market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting the firm's culture, values and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the evaluation process to ensure a rigorous, inclusive and equitable selection experience.
• Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to finalize employment terms.
