We are seeking a Midwest Sales Executive (full-time, W2) that will work remotely in the Minneapolis, MN area. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads and referrals for QMedic's service by performing in-person and telephonic outreach to client case managers and leadership in MN, WI, ND, and SD. QMedic offers an innovative, fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity for professional growth. Founded at MIT, QMedic is the fastest-growing proactive medical alert service in the country, enabling high-risk individuals to age independently at home.

Responsibilities/Commitment

  1. Reaching out to case managers at Medicaid health plans, Area Agencies on Aging, and other related agencies to maximize lead generation for QMedic's service. This will include travelling throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota (travel costs reimbursed) with potential for territory expansion. Expect to travel a few days each week for 2-3 weeks each month. Quarterly sales meetings will be required with travel.
  2. Working with partner leadership staff to identify and meet needs to drive referral volume.
  3. Onboarding new users onto the QMedic service in your region.

Qualifications

  • Above all, you love marketing, sales, and lead generation, and value persistence in relationship building. You must be a driven individual, able to keep yourself accountable and motivated.
  • Patience and sincerity are key—you must be friendly, sociable, and a great communicator.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited university required.
  • Experience working in sales/marketing roles related to case managers, Medicaid LTSS programs, or healthcare technology is a plus but not required.
  • For work-related travel, candidates must own and insure their vehicles. Driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance are required.
  • Must be fingerprinted and background checked before hiring, and employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check.

Compensation (W2)

  • $85,000 base salary plus commission for each qualified subscriber activation in your territory and quarterly bonus opportunities ($165,000 OTE).
  • Company-approved travel reimbursed.
  • QMedic fringe benefits include a flexible PTO policy with annual carryover and health reimbursement.
