Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, industrial technology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of successful experience selling technical products within industrial markets.
• Experience working through distributor, manufacturer representative, or channel partner networks.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Experience presenting technical products and solutions to customers and partners.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar sales management platforms.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis skills.
• Must be able to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Management: manage relationships with channel partners and reps; support sales teams; extend market penetration.
• Sales & Business Development: grow sales of rupture discs, pressure relief devices, and tank protection products; pursue new opportunities.
• Technical & Customer Support: deliver technical presentations, product demos, and training; support solution selection.
• Sales Operations: manage pipeline in Salesforce; forecast and report territory performance.
