Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and develop an event strategy that supports goals.
• Create high-touch events aligned with JPMorgan Private Bank brand standards.
• Support events from start to finish: calendars, budgets, vendor invoices, and materials.
• Assist onsite staffing: registration, distribution of materials, AV needs, speaker handling, vendor coordination.
• Drive data management: RSVP tracking and ROI analysis.
• Think strategically and solve problems with creative solutions.
• Monitor venues and track new developments in the area.
• Coordinate with JPMorganChase lines of business to share resources and cross-sell events.
• Prepare agendas for weekly regional team meetings and budget calls.
