JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Events Management Associate for the Southern Region Private Bank. The role supports the South Region events team, coordinating budgets, calendars, and on-site activities to ensure a distinctive client experience.

You will collaborate with global teams, bankers, and product partners, handling registration, materials, and data ownership for regional events and some large-scale global efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event management activities.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work early morning and late evening events and travel.
• Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Understand business objectives and develop an event strategy that aligns with goals.
• Create high-touch events consistent with the JPMorgan Chase Private Bank brand.
• Support events from start to finish: calendars, budgets, invoices, and materials.
• Assist on-site staffing: registration, materials, AV, speaker coordination.
• Manage RSVP data pre/post event and perform ROI analysis.
• Think strategically and offer creative solutions to event challenges.
• Monitor venues and stay updated on regional opportunities.
• Liaise with other JPMorganChase lines to share ideas and cross-sell.
