Air Methods in the Midwest region seeks an Aviation Maintenance Technician to perform inspections, repairs, and alterations on our aircraft. You will ensure FAA-compliant documentation and support safety goals, working with a maintenance team daily.

Requirements include an FAA A&P license (in good standing), rotorcraft experience, 2–5 years of relevant work, and RAMCO familiarity preferred. A valid driver's license is required, and a robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• ROTORCRAFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• TWO to FIVE years’ related work experience
• Factory Airframe/power plant schools preferred
• FAR 135 operations preferred
• Previous experience with RAMCO preferred
• Ability to pass FAA mandated Drug and Alcohol Test
• FAA A&P License in good standing- REQUIRED
• Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
• Valid Drivers License REQUIRED

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures and FAA regulations
• Ensure all maintenance documentation is in compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• Advise the Pilot in Command of maintenance issues that could affect flight status
• Participate in continuous improvement of the Safety Management System
• Perform maintenance on 145 shop’s support equipment
