Job summary

Gregory Construction in El Paso, Texas is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee underground utilities, earthwork, concrete, and site development on regional projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will partner with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and contracts while fostering a safety-first culture and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing underground utilities, earthwork, concrete, site development.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and contracts.
• Experience with Procore, MSP, or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of heavy civil projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and leadership.
• Manage contracts, change orders, billing, and cost reporting.
• Ensure safety-first culture and high-quality project delivery.
• mentor Project Engineers and develop team members.
• Travel to active project sites as required.
