Job summary

Gregory Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil projects in the Midwest, guiding them from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Regional travel to active project sites is required; you will mentor project engineers and support teams, upholding core values of Safety, Integrity, Excellence, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with underground utilities, earthwork, concrete, or site development projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk plans.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to leadership and clients.
• Promote a safety-first culture with OSHA compliance and quality standards.
