Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience required, preferably in big box retail
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel up to 2-3 nights per week or relocate as needed
• Knowledge of sales and marketing as it relates to retail is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field staff (Territory Account Managers and Retail Merchandisers) in a 150-200 store district
• Monitor sales and direct efforts to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Ensure training and performance evaluations of Territory Account Managers and Merchandisers
• Assist in new account setup, resets, or closings and manage time effectively
