Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Representative for Purina Animal Nutrition to support the Midwest region (MO, IA, MN, WI, IL).

The role handles orders, inquiries, and requests via phone, email, and fax, ensuring timely fulfillment and high service levels. The position is an hourly, full-time role with a 7:00am–4:30pm CST schedule, requiring a customer-centric mindset, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–4 years in customer service preferred.
• Proven customer service experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, JDE E1 and SAP is a plus; familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from entry to invoicing with attention to accuracy and timelines.
• Provide proactive problem solving and decision making to meet fulfillment needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, communicating with internal teams and partners.
• Navigate multiple systems and document service requests, notes, and contacts in the appropriate tools.
