Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or store-level training preferred.
• Ability to use sales data, store observations, and partner feedback to inform territory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to support merchandising and product placement.
• Ensure planograms and standards are followed; advise on improvements.
• Engage store teams and prioritize execution based on sales and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary field contact for stores and coordinate with ROMs on openings and launches.
• Support new product introductions and regional events.
