Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead AFH (Food Service) sales in the Midwest region. You will drive revenue, gross margin, and distributor development through strategic planning, distributor engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, strong relationship management with distributors and operators, and effective execution of SBI programs. Travel up to 50% is required in the Midwest region.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of Foodservice selling experience.
• Regional chain management experience is a plus.
• Local travel up to 50%; reliable transportation required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with distributors and large operators in Foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Develop Regional Annual Business Plan and selected Account Plans for SBI region.
• Achieve revenue and gross margin objectives through AFH Distributors.
• Lead distributor and operator engagement to grow SBI brands.
• Forecasting and CRM reporting with accurate pipeline management.
• Manage trade programs and funding to drive performance.
